Click on the link entitled "Profile"
In the Avatar section, you should be able to upload a photo/image.
If your Avatar is too big, the software will AUTOMATICALLY reject it (and tell you that it's too big).
If your avatar is missing, you'll need to reupload it.
This should make loading times faster as well as cut down on the number of too large avatars that people have been selecting as of lately.
