So it doesn't get smaller, it just doesn't stay at its maximum size for as long. Now, I'm crying .....

no it doesn´t. mine is increasing in length. probably not much in quality though.

If you get fat on the other hand, it´s mostly a visual thing. Thinner guys penes look longer/bigger simply bc the body is smaller/thinner.
