4 My Girls (boys can read too) Q&A about HORMONES, BEAUTY, EXCERSIZE & SEX!
Current mood: inspired
Category: Life

This one's for my girls, transgender or not.

BEAUTY, EXERCISE, HEALTH, SEX, DOCTORS and HORMONES ~ yay!!!

p.s. I'm gathering more data on doctors... some girls are doing some major extensive reconstructive and expensive surgeries now days, there's a doctor in San Francisco, Dr. Austerhaute, I believe... and another one in Arizona, who's name I don't yet know... but I shall find out for you girlies!

Vanity,
how has the body metamorphisized over the years? How much did the
hormones do for you? I realize that you started very young, but
it's
not very often that I run across TS as young (or is that as old) as
me, that also keep themselves in shape.

BTW...ya still look great in those early pics....simply amazing.

Anyhoo, here it goes...

What have I had done as far as surgeries goes, hmmm... ask my doctors! hehe

I'll start from my head ~ hair transplants: $14,000.00 and I need some more! hehe (I have very fine hair, never had male pattern baldness)

Extensions: You could get the clip on and off at any wig shop on Hollywood Blvd. But extensions can be very costly from $200 - $2,500... human hair ~ I use virgin hair ~ human ;)

Forehead- nothing, but I believe in dermatology... I've seen miracles happen with the good skills of a dermatologist!hehe

I am in fair shape I would say, in comparison to what I want to
achieve with my body - training wise, I'm not cut or completely
defined yet. It's a fact that estrogen-hormones distribute our fat
intake differently once we begin our "treatment". The fat goes to the
hips and thighs instead of carrying it around the waist like men do.
Estrogen gives us a glow and softens the skin, but does not get rid
of facial nor body hair. It intensifies emotions..... Weakens our
muscles...and other than that the rest was either given to us at
birth through genetics or you gotta work on it. I feel lucky for not
having any facial hair...chest,back nor buttocks ;)
I feel lucky for my feminine features and a lean bone structure.

If you come from a family of big chested women, more than likely
you will gain a big bust off of hormones alone... I don't come from that
kind of family, so I only grew to about a B cup and then Dr. Creasman
in Los Gatos gave me a D cup ~ Love You Dr. Creasman!
That Cost $5,300...

It sure does make life alot easier - not better - but easier. I am
glad that my parents were attractive. It's in the genes...I don't
believe that beauty can be bought really, though you can improve
certain things, ultimately we can only improve/correct our image if
we wish to, and if you opt to do it - do it in a very subtle
way...you do not want to look in the mirror and not recognize your
self from having been reconstructed - heck no! :/

I have good and bad skin... meaning, I have the Latin skin that doesn't age much, yet I have a crazy hormonal imbalance and the slightest disturbance to it leads to break outs... I hate it, but I've learned to live with it and to diminish this from happening at all. Once again dermatology!

Take care of your skin! Sun block - always! exfoliate face and body
at least once a week - I do it all the time! My skin has improved
100% since I started seeing Dr. Bitter Jr. Dermatologist in Los
Gatos. I cleanse my face with hypo allergenic products, Neutrogena is
good and so is Origins and all that - but I like plain'ol Dove
sensitive skin, unscented. To exfoliate I use "St.Yves Apricot
scrub".

I damaged my skin so much when I was "using," And I thought I would never
regain it's glow, but God is good and with persistence, determination, keeping a skin regimen,
the right moisturizers, defoliators and dermatology ~ you too can gain it back!

Eat a healthy diet - I don't eat fried foods nor cheese. I always
skip the desert - unless it's something I haven't had in ages - then
I might indulge just a little ;)
I drink alot of water to keep my skin hydrated - never soda. Soy
milk - no dairy.
I eat two tortilla's a day - no more - but we Mexican's tend to want
to eat tortilla with everything!hehe
Fruits - snacks - eat through out the whole day - small healthy meals.
Replace a meal with Jamba Juice at times if you wish ;)

Regular exercise - at least 2-3 times a week...
treadmill - 30-45 min.
Stair Master 30 min (I hate it)
light weights with high repetitions

Nose, I had a beautiful nose, yet I felt my nostrils flaired out a tad much...
I had my nose done and I was unhappy with the results (you can see pics of that nose
with me on the cover of Spectator Magazine... maybe I'll re-post it)
and I had it tweaked just a little again and now I love it!
Surgeries for those were about $5000 each time...

Lips, I occasionally get collegen injections, yet I haven't done it in about a year
and as you can see ~ my lips are full!

I won't deny, I'm starting to get some lines around my eyes, but nothing to be alarmed about ~
wahhhh ~ sniff... sniff... why me!!! hehehe

OK I was joking, they really are fine lines and I get botox every six months

Restalaine is good for contour of your face if needed, like the creases around your mouth
and such... or as a filler to a dent on your nose (not that I have one ~ but if you did, or I did)
or I don't know, something of the kind... you get what I'm saying? It's a filler dangit! hehe
Cost for collagen and Restalaine can vary, depending on how much you may need...
Call Dr. Bitter in Los Gatos CA... on Bascom ~ tell him Dealilah sent you! ;)

I belive that my eyes are one of my best features and I make sure
that they are defined in "boot black" MAC eyeliner (think of Morticia
Adams or Cleopatra - but be sure to not over do the slanted line too
far/long...this cat-eye look is to make the eyes stand out the
most ;)
For shadows I use "Vanilla" by MAC right under the brow for
shimmer/light/illumination.
Max Factor "sable" brown on the crease of the lid for definition (you
have to go outside of the crease some, but not beyond your brow line
in order for the definition to take effect.
Add "Goldmine" to brighten up the eye lid - it blends beautifully
with the "sable" brown - but be sure to blend!

These are other MAC colors I play with at other moments - depending
on occasion:

TRAX velvet
Parfait Amour frost
Motif frost
Amber lights frost
Greensmoke frost
Black tied velvet

Pedicures, manicures, tinting, waxing, all grooming on a regular
baisis...
Oh and don't forget to floss your teeth ;)

Try not to have too much stress in your life - but as you know - I
have it raining on me all the time.

Laugh, laugh and laugh as much as you can - and never take yourself
too seriously ;)

Cry too - go through the emotions - don't try to avoid dealing with
your emotions - we all have to experience pain, sorrow, fear,
loneliness and anger... to learn from it, it strengthens our
soul...............life experiences....

In the end if you are a beautiful human being and you choose to be
positive and do good it will shine through and give your skin a
healthy glow ;)

and last but not least, I have plenty-o-sex, so I don't know if that
has anything to do with staying beautiful - but it sure does feel
good! ;)

hehehe

The last question:

"I was just curious if you were ever attracted to
females in real life, and if you ever follow through
with those attractions. Do you have sex with just men,
or do women come into the mix? (when i say women, i
mean GG, so please don't take offense). :)"

Vaniity
answered:

"I love women and I think you're all
beautiful, but I'd be lying if I told you that I'm
into girls. I have a weak spot for men. I love
masculinity..."
