I think the surgery is insane. You need to have that "webbing" so the testicles can adjust higher or lower depending on body temperature and weather conditions.

From what I've read The webbing is caused when to much skin is taken off during a botched circumcision. Also the Webbing isnt neccessary for temprature regulation. This surgery dosnt harm or help you in a medical sense it's just a cosmetic surgery to make the penis appear larger than it would with the Webbing.

its just i find alot of people think Turkey neck look is kind of unattractive.
