A major turnoff is seeing otherwise beautiful Tgirls with areolas like patchwork quilts. Is that just down to poor surgery? Girls like Allanah Star are famed for multiple cosmetic surgery, yet looks perfect.
Also, where is the best place for implants - edge of areola, underneath breast, arm-pit, somewhere else? Just trying to get educated here :)
