I watched this amazing woman last night on Bill Moyer's Journal. She's a journalist living in Afghanistan. Very informative and worth watching, IMO. There's also a great piece about a couple of investigative journalists tracking down those dreaded 'earmarks' in legislation. Here's the lnk:
