Ordering to any foreign country can be a risk that you get charged tax and/or customs issues. It's highly unlikely that ordering to the UK will get anything further than a confiscation (this happened to me a few years back when porn was a lot stricter in the UK) although they might send a threat of prosecuting it's not going to amount to anything unless you're importing something specifically illegal (child porn, bestiality) in the UK.
We've sent 1000's of DVD's into Europe and UK over the last few years and had no problems at all. We do offer a service of removing the covers for the DVD's and sending in blank CD cases for those who want added protection.
Also of course all our shipping is sent in plain envelopes or boxes with "Millennium TGA inc, Hawaii" as the return address.
We did consider having the return address as "Big Cocked Shemales who love stuffing ASS, Inc" but thought better of it.

The little prick above seems to have brought this issue up not in general but i n a pathetic attempt to hurt business rather than issue a real warning.
