Your ad may just not have cycled up yet. Or it may have already been flagged and not register. It's takes aroudn 20-30 minutes to update.

Also try looking for it from another ISP.

It's a problem with the site since they started limiting to one photo upload per ad.

It's annoying, but you have to delete the ad and repost.
