Major props to you, NYCe! I must've missed some stuff that happened here in January. I didn't have the time or energy to pop in until a few days ago, because a friend of mine and I have finally launched our catering business(in addition to our regular restaurant chef gigs)...so imagine my surprise when I finally had a chance to log on to HA and it's fucking vanished!

It's good to see you people once again... well most of you anyway.
