It's illegal.
The problem in this case, is that it's not the site it's referring to which is doing the illegal business but the affiliate. It's problem for the site also - as an un-suspecting member, joins and then when they cannot find the content they joined for, charges back on their credit card.
I'm trying to get this affiliate banned.

Thanks guys! So glad u liked what little work I did. :wink: I stopped filming, due to a relationship I was in. After that ended, I ended up getting into another relationship, and never continued. I havent shot in several years. But what little I have done, I still get good feedback from. I didnt mind doing the shoots, and have been chatting with a few of the guys that do vids/shoots lately... So who knows!?! Just weighing my options :D
