Ok so here is where the technique differs from Doc to Doc

1 - Looks like the surgeon here made an incision under the pubic area above the hooding of the clitoris which to me is a great technique to close that area and flatten it, Suporn's resembles that of a natal vulva a bit closer since that area in women starts to " V " out creating the labia major.
