I know I have asked similar questions like do any of the ladies here donate to organizations that help TG youth. Some of you do and some have tried but are rejected because of their occupation. The reason I ask how the TG community gets assistance and how TG community helps one another because of things like high suicide rates. And I know most people don't want things to be harder for the following generation. One of the main reasons people commit suicide in general is they feel alone and don't think their life will improve. And lot of young people who transition don't get familial suppport so these organizations end up being the places that they may turn to. So I can only wonder how many are actually available? And when someone reaches out for support and finds nothing that only serves to reinforce that feeling of loneliness. And even if a person doesn't outright commit suicide it might lead to self-destructive behavior because of a strong feeling of worthlessness. So for those of you who utilize these services and were disappointed, what was their failing? And how would you change things? Has anyone had a positive experience with such organizations? And if so which ones? What were you looking for at that stage of your life?
