How does one become a certified organic shemale?

I keep seeing this video %100 organic shemale and I would like to be an organic shemale. So what qualifies a shemale as %100 organic? I'm on hormones, so maybe I'm disqualified. I do eat organic fruits and vegetables and I've never had reconstructive surgery, so maybe I would be in the deceptively labeled natural category.

Is there a board that certifies organic shemales? And is the test difficult? Do organic shemales eat bigger bananas?
