Cops: Man Cooked Parts of Slain Woman

TYLER, Texas Jan 7, 2008 (AP)

A man killed his girlfriend, then filleted and cooked parts of her body before calling police to tell them what he was doing, authorities said Sunday.

Christopher Lee McCuin, 25, called 911 on Saturday and told an emergency dispatcher he had killed Jana Shearer, 21, and was boiling her body parts at his mother's home, said Smith County Sheriff J.B. Smith.

When authorities arrived at the home, they found Shearer's mutilated body, one ear boiling in a pot of water on the stove and a fork sticking out of some human flesh sitting on a plate on the kitchen table.

This guy boiled her? She must have tasted like an old shoe that way. I think slow roasting seasoned with garlic salt and black pepper would have been the way to go adding some potatoes, onions, celery, and carrots. The flesh makes its own gravy so the meat and the vegetables will be sitting in some delicious sauce.

My grandfather would agree and mentioned something about human flesh tasting like roast pork. He was a Cossack and used to take body parts away from people killed in the villages they raided. He would bury them in the Russian snow to prevent spoiling and dig them up when he got hungry.
