Do you feel appreciated by your significant other?

For those of you who are or have been in long term relationships do you or did you feel appreciated by your significant other? And if you don't or didn't, did you let them know? And if so what was the response?

I really think the bottom line is to appriciate yourself. I know it sounds funky, but we look for so much happiness outside ourselves. Much of life is a reflection of our inside self, so if you don't appriciate yourself, you will probably find others don't either.
