Is It Just Me Or Is HA Time Different From Earth's?

Whenever I sign on to the board and look at the newest post, it is usually 20 minutes ahead of the correct time of where my ass is parked. Does this board live just slightly in the future or is there a way that I can fix it to put my mind at ease so I can sleep in peace not tossing and turning thinking about some sort of transsexual time machine that could go hundreds of years in the future if it choose to but only travels ahead 20 minutes just to screw with me?

You can move the time in hour increments but not in minutes or set an exact time.
