I didn't post this in the other thread as I didn't think it was any body's business, but NOW I think someone was trying to set us up or else got caught up in this thing.

Well they closed a few nightclubs due to the prostitution, so its not just TS girls. These girls will not be thrown in prison, they will be deported, as they are non-residents simply here for the sex-trade. If they were nationals, then yes they would face prison. That's not the way the world works. When someone comes here and breaks our law generally we prosecute and imprizon them here. One mans "female genital mutilation" is another mans "female circumcision". One womans cockfight is anothers animal cruelty. When people travel abroad they should be aware of the laws.

Here is a point which most people do not know. Even in the strictest legitimate Islamic states "Islamic Law" (Sharia) is not applied to non-muslims. Muhammad did not strictly apply islamic law to non-muslims so we do not do it now.

Odds are any foreighn born TS in that coutry is not a muslim.

In case they were muslims. A good lawyer there as here could get them acquited. To prove a crime in Islamic law takes four male, muslim eyewitnesses. They have to meet other criteria too. Prove the witnesses don't measure up and presto you walk free.

You dont wear an Abaya or Burka in Dubai or in 90% of Muslim countries, you are free to wear as you choose. Girls who do wear such as myself wear it as a status symbol and as part of our heritage. Just so you know :)

well I've got some updates and info on what's happening in Dubai and there are currently three girls being held facing trial. They do NOT behead people in Dubai (Saudi Arabia is the only Gulf state where that particular punishment is still used) nor nor do they use the whip on anyone who is not a UAE national. Two girls were released and deported. The London girl Deva is NOT among those arrested.
Let's not get hysterical about all of this. I am informed the main target of the sting was not TS or TV girls but people running brothels and pimps. The girls who got busted were traced because they used numbers owned by the local mobile provider Etisalat and advertised on a website called Expatriates.com. Sure its rough to be arrested there and in prison they'll be given a very hard time. But stereotypes about arabs are not useful.

in Dubai normally what happens is at law that Norway . sweden
Switzerland have when it come to health check up
as soon as u get arrested u get taking to the police station
where a doctor will will arrive few minutes later to take you blood tess
