There was a movie in early 90's with a post op performer named Lana Woods called Gangbang Diaries #4 (I think that was the name). I don't remember if they mentioned anything about it or not. All other movies in the series featured GG performers.

That's who I was gonna mention. Lana did quite a few movies...some mentioned her status, but many did not. She did some productions that were foreign to the US that might be hard to find stateside. She was a fuckin machine, though!
