Mike....got my hands on Perigords and Albas. For a non meat eater it is more heavenly than you could imagine. One Risotto, one a tagliatelle dish. A few bottles of Billecart Salmon Rose and a few Quilceda Creek Cabs.

Yours sounds devine. I would serve it just not eat it. Lucky family.

Sounds good! As for the hungry(in a nation that should not have any hungry in this day and age,) I always work/donate with the local Food Bank in any way that I can.
