I found a pretty useful guide that shows the " hangouts of ladyboys" in tokyo

I havent been to any of these places. The author omits roppongi for some reason, which is where i would go, to one of the gay bars. or shibuya, there are many gays there as well.
If you dont want the bar scene, many of these links are general references to areas of tokyo. Here are some specific places i would try first:
