Right on. MMA is definitely the way to go. I have no idea why people waste their time with Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu and the like. Every real fight ends up on the ground anyway. I'd bet the farm that a person with two years of a striking sport like Boxing/Kickboxing combined with a ground sport would totally annihilate any blackbelt with no ground experience
