I guess if ovary transplant by then is possible I'd think it would have to be by cesarean section? Since a pre-op's neo vagina is a dead end..natural pro-creation isnt possible. Maybe thru artificial insemination can it be done. LOL I dunno..Just answer damn it! :lol:

A person can never tell if two people are a genetic match. I've seen 2 so-called people with good genes have hideous babies. lol Secondly I wouldn't just choose a TS to have a baby with. If this was possible, then I'd date TS for long term. First impressions are good to go by, but their not something to judge someone's character by.

There's quite a few that would produce some good looking kids. So I'm not going to attempt to make a list on that.

But on another note, stem cells could make it possible to "grow" female organs for a transexual to have transplanted. Then eggs from a mother, sister or another egg donor could be possibly implanted for fertilization.

The big question would be "How many transexuals would want to bear children?"

Those who respond "ME!" would be the best candidates.
