It's possible because all humans have glandular tissue in their chests. Estrogens cause this tissue to grow. Injected estrogens also tend to raise prolactin levels. Prolactin is a hormone that leads to milk production (as well as breast growth and erectile difficulties).

HIV could in theory be transmitted through breast milk. But if you have no open sores in your mouth the risk is very small, especially with only a few drops.

It is very transmittable that way. Alot of babies in Africa are infected because they drink their mothers breast milk. Be careful man.

That is not correct. She did some other Evil Angel vids after this one. Mostly with Rocco Siffredi directing and he didn't have any actors use condoms in his video.

The misconception is there because she did a video with Nacho Vidal and Bianca Biaggi called Hard Time She-Male. That GG Bianca Biaggi was diagnosed with HIV infection a few months afterwards. Many implicate Bianca to be the one that originally infected Darren James.
