My portugese is not remotely good, but it looks like a short film (like those 15 minute clips you hear at the oscars that no one knows of), so likely it's not going to be online.

To be honest, it doesn't look like it's even released yet to the public, since I haven't found a single result to buy it based on a basic search of the net.
