Ok I had my nose done on Monday and let me say either I am a VERY big baby or I have 0 tolerance for discomfort. I will say my implants because of having little skin for the bags was HORRIBLE however everyone said oh the nose job is a breeze. Well let me say it has been a very funny discomfort. I HATE not being able to breathe out my nose.

I have been luck with swelling and bruising and only had minimal swelling on day 2 but I have been taking bromalein, keeping ice packs on it, and resting as much as I can. Yesterday I had the packing taken out which didnt help clear things up so today I took some sudafed for nasal congestion and it has HELPED ALOT oh yea percocet sure did help too, LOL.

I dont see how Allanah does it, LOL or how Vicki handled her chin,,YIKES.
I also had lypo under my chin . THe only discomfort with that is the bandage wrapping around my head, it just a rash though.

Tomorrow I go to get the bandages cleaned up and stuff so Ill get to see a small peek at my nose but Im sure its still swelled too much to get an idea.............Only thing that freaks me out is my left nostril looks alot bigger to me and when I mentioned it Dr. Galitz just says "oh its the swelling" LOL,,,Im paranoid already.

Well enough of the ramblings,
Hugs
Wendy

for me its all about the outcome yes there is some disconfort but just look at th eend result thats what gets me past everthing and i think its the same for allanah you deal with the pain and look forward to the new you in the mirror

as far as yoru nostril unfortunatly i had the same problem with my first nose job and i had to have a revisionafter wards to fix that

because after the swelling went down it was still a bit diferent but that is no big deal it can be fixed in minutes

but for me it took 3 nose jobs to be happy with what i have no!!!

and a nose job was part of the MTV show coming out soon so you can see what i dealt with!!!

i wish you luck and hope it your happy in the end thats whats inportant!!!

For me, the 2nd nose job was the worst surgery ever. I hacked up blood for 3 days. I actually filled up a 32 ounce cup 3 times. Granted it was blood and saliva, but it was mostly blood. I was hurting. When I would swallow, it would create some wierd suction from my nose and because of the packing it was like a constant blood siphon. My first nose job in Thailand was a breeze in comparison. They didn't use packing or a splint. I really wasn't happy with it though. From experience, it generally takes 2-3 nose jobs before they get it right. I think most female or shemale pornstars are in the same boat in this respect.

In addition to the chin (twice), I also had my brow scraped/scalp advancement/brow lift... That was a mess... The scar runs from ear to ear up and over following the hairline. They make the incision, peel back your face, and then grind the forehead brow bone smooth. Then they cut out excess forehead, somehow dettach your scalp and then staple it all along the hairline. If it's done well, you won't really have a scar and you will end up with a natural feminine hairline and forehead. If you go to Dr O (or now Dr SuPorn), they will likely want to cut out your forehead brow bone and reshape it externally. They put it back with wire mesh and titanium plating. In retrospect, that was probably my worst surgery. I had a psychotic episode alone in Thailand and I felt that my forehead was going to peel off my face. It was doing this twitching thing and stretching the sutures. I am pretty sure it was the fucked up drugs that they had given me. I still don't know what they were. They accidentally gave me two different sets of drugs (one from the doctor, and one from the nursing staff). One of my nurses was evil so she was probably trying to murder me.

However, all that said, that is the surgery I would recommend for you next. It fixes the hairline stuff. You have great real hair which I respect, but the male pattern baldness thing is a dead give away. It would be high on my list of things to do. I would also recommend going to Dr O before he retires. It will be like $15k, but totally worth it in my opinion.

Good luck and have a quick recovery.

Vicki

Laura - post a full size face pic and I will tell you exactly what you do or don't need. I am a firm believer that, unless they've started hormones at 13-15, no white TS is completely passable without surgery. Sara Sin is one of the rare exceptions to this. If she could fix her voice she would be awesome all around. Outside of her, I've never met one. Latins and Asians have it easier in many cases (but not all).

Both jaw and chin surgeries I had were very very easy from a pain perspective. I stopped taking pain pills 2 days post-op. My chin looked like Dick Tracy for a few weeks after, swelling is only now starting to totally subside (from November), and I still have numbness... In retrospect I am not sure I would have redone my jaw/chin if I had it to do over. I am very positive that it will enable me to age more like a woman facially as my jaw/chin are now completely within feminine dimensions - so I am not sad that I did it, but, for $15k, the short term gains weren't really there. My new nose was a much better purchase. I mostly love it. It totally changed my confidence.

I think the only surgeries I still might get are a face lift within the next 10 years and I will also replace my existing implants with something bigger that "hang" better. My SRS next month should complete me.

Sebastien, that was just uncool and a cheap, tacky shot. If anyone needs surgery, its you, but unfortunately, personality transplants are not yet medically possible.

Wendy, I hope you are feeling better, and I look forward to seeing the new and improved you soon :)

OK Vicki, now I know you're teasing us about your SRS next month!

As for the implants, I think it's all about the "hang," that is, that the shape and size are proportional to your body type and that they look and feel as much like real breasts as possible. Some girls--like Allanah and Gia--look smashing with very large implants, but most do not, and I've seen too many girls spoil if not ruin their look by going too large (rather common in Brasil, it seems). Danielle's are purrfect.

The brazil girls don't have good doctors. It's like 99% of them use bargain basement everything. Seanchi talks about telling their age by the size of their feet (because the silicone travels). Yes Danielle's boobs are great. She is a D cup though. I'm scared of getting big melon boobs. They do look good, but they also attract a lot of attention. I guess if I am going to redo them, I would need to go big to make it worth while. Danielle's size is the biggest I would go. Maybe I will add that surgery on to my SRS.

I am hurt by your skepticism.
I fully support plastic surgery for those who need it.
What is wrong with that?

Vicki, while I think you're pretty much purrfect as you are, I think you're right, it would be a mistake for you to go for "big melon boobs." It's not about size, it's about shape and "hang" and how the size is for you. One girl I've known for over three years has 38DDs (Doctor Grey, I believe, same as Danielle), and they are perfect, flawless, and ideal for her 5'11" frame. Another girl I know has "all natural" (meaning hormone-induced, no implants) breasts, I think about a 34B, and they are amazing: she's about 5'7" and petite, so they are perfect for her. And Allanah and Gia may have "melons" but they are perfect for them, and look incredible as such.

first Sebastian you can kiss my ASS and take that to your PSYCHO Made up world you live in.

Vicki I totally agree with the hairline situation, Allanah told me A LONG time ago to get the bangs and that has helped with the camaflouge however in videos its hard to constantly think about your bangs sliding back or the guy pulling your hair, sweating, ETC...I was blessed with LONG thick hair just cant fight genetics,,,

Its week 2 and because of my thick skin Dr. Galitz enjected a steriod to help with the swelling I guess and for the skin to begin "shrinking" some. Overall Im pleased however as Gia said its not exactly as I imagined however it has changed my profile ALOT.........Just waiting on the swelling in the tip to go down.

My next surgery is in August and thats just some small cheek implants to counter react the drooping silicone I did when I was younger, thank goodness I didnt do alot in my cheeks so what drooping isnt really that bad.

Of course lypo on my little pooch, Ive lost 14pds but crunches just wont get rid of that little pooch so that is a FOR sure on my list. ANd finally Dr. Marcos to continue working on the hips and ass.

I have a question about the jaw/chin surgery,,,,I mean how long before you was able to eat, talk, work your jaw?? Was the pain bad or was it just discomfort like with the nose??

Oh did I forget to tell Sebastian to kiss my WHITE ass?? Just making sure.

Oh Sebastian dont worry this ugly beast is working on her 7th video this year so when your lonely ass is beating off more than likely Ill be there to haunt your pathetic self.

KISSES

8) My view is, I feel imlants on girls , ( either TS OR GG ) , look good , only very rarely . Personally , I much by a long way far prefer an " all natural , organic , additive - free homorne - induced , small breast look " , like Aniyah Red ( without any implants ) , achieves .
To my taste , Ms. Aniyah - Red has just the most perfect figure / look . Only " My opinion " :?:
