I love Vietnamese. One of the best places here for Vietnamese food is called Veitnam. Don't ask me how they came up with the name, but the food is great.

The VN have an odd sense of marketing.In LA most of the VN places are called Pho 1,Pho 22,Pho 119...etc..etc...

The most popular night club in Saigon is called "Apocalypse Now"...go figure.

I have a buddy who used to be a technical diver. One of the guys he worked with invested in Night clubs and then land in Veitnam.
I was in HK & then BK a few years ago and wanted to make it over to veitnam as well, but there really wasn't enough time.

I like a good Chinese Hot & Sour or Wonton Soup. I also like various Japanese and Thai soups too.

When I go to the market, I like to get the Progresso Traditional Chickarina Soup.

Pregresso's my brand of Choice For Chicken noodle as well, but that Chickarina looks pretty damn good. I think I am going to have to look for that at my local grocers'.

Canned soup - New England Clam Chowder (I prefer the hearty version from Campbells). Also Wolgang Puck's soups which often can be had at three for $5.00

Dehydrated, Dry Soup - I forgot the brand, but Japanese Miso Soup

Restaurant Soup - Usually, New England Clam Chowder
