Reminder: TG Day of Remberance - Nov 20th

Just a reminder to all of us having fun here on HA that Tues, Nov 20th is the annual Day of Rememberence for those transgendered people murdered in hate crimes during the past year. I believe the number is 15 this year. Many are prostitutes.

Most major cities will have some sort of event at their LGBT Center.

In San Diego a march will be held from 5-6PM down University Ave. ending with a ceremony at the Center and a buffet or deserts afterwards. Anyone from HA who's in the area is welcome to join. And thanks to a successful fund raiser at Baccuss House last weekend which raised over $900 - it's free - including the food.

Remembering our dead is a scary site, with all the names. Having known some of the girls that were slained.
