I think Id throw this out there as a fun topic, I dont think that its been done before. Im not talking about the "Look at the hands" shit. Im talking about tell tale signs that even the most 100% passable girl will do and not realize it but a true TS pro would point out. I.E.:

Similarly, in the anterior view, most TG's legs are pretty much straight from hip through knee to ankle, whereas a GG will usually present a slight obtuse angle at the knee. These clues conform to the differences between male and female skeletal structure. However, speaking from experience (anatomy classes, before you get any funny ideas) it's not so easy to be absolutely sure whether a skeleton is male or female, and that's when it's hanging on a hook!

The difficulty with these anatomical clues is that unless they're pretty obvious they will probably fall within the normal range for either sex. You would need a few, especially if the girl transitioned early. The only really reliable way to tell is to examine the pelvic cradle, which is normally quite different in shape between the sexes.
