In your eyes what defines Beauty....

We all know that beauty is only skin deep, Althou there are diffrent kinds of Beauty, i would like to hear , what "IN YOUR EYES IS BEAUTY" ? Is it more the exterior,, or the interior or is it neither......

I am at the point in my life where the women I hang out with either become extremely beautiful or extremely ugly the more I hang out with them. (and I can't help it, but this spills over into the way I perceive they look).

my definitions have changed over the years, it used to be about the looks, but as I got older I found that alot of the people who I thought were beautiful were very shallow vapid and vain, and the people who I didn't at first think were beautiful, were people who I could stand to be around :lol:

Nowadays for me it's more about the persons attitude and beliefs. it's one thing to date a really hot girl, but if everything she likes is anethma to you then you won't hang around long.

Exterior beauty generally is the 1st thing to strike you about a person. Yet, special internal qualities need to be there for that "beautiful" classification to be maintained or in many cases dismissed

An ugly disposition can make the most physically beautiful person unattractive...and a great personality can make you see an otherwise average looking person in a totally new light.

IMO Beauty is something spiritual within a person. For example, the countless times I've seen true beauty have always occurred when a woman who knows another woman has spoken badly of her for whatever reason walks up to that woman and gives her respect. To me that's true beauty in a world of ugliness.

The first thing of course is a bit shallow but for me a girl has to look good.

It's all in the eyes, the eyes are always the first thing I notice.

I also think true beauty is having those moments when you can sit in silence with that special person, not needing to even say a word but feeling completely comfortable and at ease . I am yet to find that though :(

Yes!..being that i am very spiritual , i am totally into a persons vibe and chem. , not to mention "The eyes." , to me the eyes are the most important feature before anything else. Sure i may have answered post about guys "Sizes" and "LOOKS" and etc,.,, but when it all come dwon to it looks fade. i m not saying that looks don't count, im not ruleing looks out at all... but i will say that its even more attracting to me when the persons interior, are so much more enticing that his exterior. Like you mentioned, i havent found that person either, it is not because i dont want it,,.... its because im scared to have it.

But I value both: interior beauty is the quality of a person's being: soul, intelligence, character. Yep, making your self vulnerable is one of the hardest things to do, once something starts moving past the sex thing I find myself backing away. I'm just scared to give my whole self to someone, because once you have done that and you find out after all that you are not what that person wants, it can be too late to take back. When I truly do give my heart to someone I'll need to feel deep down that is will be for keeps.

Unfortunatly,, nothing is for sure, nor for keeps. Its a sad thought but true. As much i would to throw myself head first into a realtionship... I cant. Who knows maybe one day i would shed this fear. After all Im a Libra.. i was born to love, and can't be without love., but im scared of love.

Although exterior beauty is what draws my initial attention,(I ain't gonna lie) interior beauty for me is just as important because all the looks in the world isn't going to make you a decent person inside. Even if a person is not so much attractive on the exterior, a caring heart and a good head on your shoulders would go a long way with me. It's also a confidence thing too.
