OK, so I was not going to reply to any posts on this thread, but I read yours and I just could not keep my damn trap shut any longer.

I've been misunderstood, which isn't that unusual actually. If you want to argue with Nightrider or whomever else, have it... if that is what YOU want to do. If you find at some point that you've tired of doing that, then stop. That's all there is to it. That's all that I could possibly say with respect to your situation with Nightrider. One of the things we often fail to remember is that everyone doesn't think or act as we do, and can't be held to such standards when it comes to how they communicate. This is why someone's lack of vocabulary or tact when trying to express their respective thoughts so easily leads to arguments.

The truth of the matter is that many, if not most people here enjoy these types of threads... at least initially. Notice how an argument between two people quickly degenerates to multiple people attacking one of the original arguing parties, only to later be the same ones crying that enough is enough as the venom comes back at them. Because many posters need only the proper situation to vent long held frustrations on other posters, when seemingly everyone begins to attack someone, people who would not otherwise say an unkind word find themselves suddenly emboldened, and you can see what I mean looking at some people in this very thread. And that is, while nothing new, cowardly to say the least. If you have an issue, my position is to say that you have an issue, which many people do via PM. But to wait until someone else creates a thread bashing you and then suddenly say "lust4ts... you suck!", that would indicate to me that I was a dickless coward, and all the more so if I later asked the mods to lock the thread because you wound up getting the better of me with your subsequent replies.

One of the things we often fail to remember is that everyone doesn't think or act as we do, and can't be held to such standards when it comes to how they communicate. This is why someone's lack of vocabulary or tact when trying to express their respective thoughts so easily leads to arguments.

The truth of the matter is that many, if not most people here enjoy these types of threads... at least initially. Notice how an argument between two people quickly degenerates to multiple people attacking one of the original arguing parties, only to later be the same ones crying that enough is enough as the venom comes back at them. Because many posters need only the proper situation to vent long held frustrations on other posters, when seemingly everyone begins to attack someone, people who would not otherwise say an unkind word find themselves suddenly emboldened, and you can see what I mean looking at some people in this very thread. And that is, while nothing new, cowardly to say the least. If you have an issue, my position is to say that you have an issue, which many people do via PM. But to wait until someone else creates a thread bashing you and then suddenly say "lust4ts... you suck!", that would indicate to me that I was a dickless coward, and all the more so if I later asked the mods to lock the thread because you wound up getting the better of me with your subsequent replies.

Point taken, I have left it now and have only come back to respond to you, because even if you think what I am saying is total bullshit, you have the decency to point out why.
