In this week's village voice, some desperate tranny going by the name *Italia* has resorted to stealing my pics from a photo set I shot for SHEMALE YUM and using them . I am shocked to see that the Village Voice apparently does not verify the girls and can allow this identity theft. I'm gonna call the Village Voice tomorrow to report her. If anyone knows of a better way I can fight this injustice, or simply know who this girl "italia" is, Pls let me know. Lets shut her down so she will not do this to other hard working legitimate girls.

She advertise with the name "italia" with me YASMIN LEE'S PIC with the contact number 212-795-1012

p.s. feel free to call the bitch and scold her.
1. for lying and ripping the guys off
2. for being dumb enough to use pics of a girl that's well known in the scene.
3.for being so ugly she feels she has to use someone else's pic.
#again is 212 795-1012

Screw Magazine was threatened with lawsuits by Victoria's Secret and countless models due to girls using all or parts of models pictures/bodies in adverts. Needless to say anytime anyone arrived with evidence of copyright violation, down the advert came.

Call the Village Voice and or go down to their advertising department and show them you are the legitimate owner of the photographs and threaten to take them to court if things do not stop. If the Village Voice's model release is anything like Eros.com's they can and will hold all advertisers liable for any costs incurred, including legal if an advertiser submits photographs that are not of them and or they do not have legal permission to use.

the only good thing about the Village Voice is that it's free.
The cover story about Remy Ma makes it out like she's a criminal.

Companies such as news papers and online sites such as Eros should require ID from every model to verify pictures. It should be standard and I know Eros does that for individual adds but they don't for Agencies. Every model should be verified with her ID

http://www.google.com/search?q=212-795-1012&complete=1&hl=en&filter=0

its a service, using the same number for different ads.

Its a landline, not a cell phone
http://www.whitepages.com/15055/search/ReversePhone?phone=212-795-1012

you can probably pay a service to get their name and address, but its not available for free that I can find.

hope this helps

The Village Voice is not taking over what used to be the exculsive role of Screw Magazine. There are tons of ads in the back. Most of the pics are fake. I have been told bymany guys that they show up and are told that the pic was posted inncorrectly by the Voice or that the lady is not there and the person in the aprtment is filling in for her.
Many men are too embarrassed to make a fuss.

I understand your anguish Yasmine. What woman would not want to look like you. I guess it is a left handed compliment, as they say. I can't imagine the Voice having to check all the people who advertise there. But I understand that they are usually good about removing the offending ad.

Glad I didnt see it, I would have called instantly.

BTW, I called her 5 times today, lol

A simple google search on the number returns two 'OTHER' sexys...

Here is the link:

I hope this helps you in your effort with the VV.

For the consumer a simple google search on the phone number can help to flush out weather you are dealing with an agency or an individual provider.

I cannot imagine the magnificent disappointment of thinking that I was going to spend some time with yasmine and a wigged fred flintstone answers the door.

Eros.com cares more for protecting their own than anything else, hence their VERY legal model release and photo/id verification.

While it may be good for copyright protection, lots of advertisers have balked at providing Eros.com with "ID" information such as a drivers license. If you read Eros.com's model release carefully, IIRC it states clearly they will turn over all and any documents to LE and or in response to legal or equitable action. It also means Eros.com has on file information personally linking you to "escorting", which could be used by anyone from state or local district attorney's offices to the IRS.

since it is an agency that placed the ad, you should take them to court for false advertsing and identity theft. :D

get a shit load of cash and shut the jerks down.

Eros does not link the girls to escorting as they are an advertizing company. Legally I am only there posting an add and it clearly states that on my disclaimer. Also, Eros has made efforts to edit any adds with sexual inuendo or any form of genitals or pubic hair showing as to make it more "legal"
