There are always a lot of threads in this forum about cosmetic surgeries gone bad etc...
Why don't we all start posting pictures of who we all think has had the best results from going under the knife!
For example - lets start with lips, who's are best?
FFS - who looks most natural?
Breast - wh's do you prefer?
Body modification - buttock implants, lipo etc...
Let's appreciate the beauty of these girls rather than always slating them!
