However, beside Iran there are still the other lands in which one has it as Transgender not easily.
An example is India.
According to Malika one is there either a man, woman or just in the third caste which is quite outlawed in Socially.
Looks sometimes in Malika’s indian transgender blog (http://malikatv.blogspot.com/).
Quite interesting:

I don't know if they're particularly outlawed, considering that Hirjas are commonly used for blessings in marriage ceremonies, but they do have it hard:

The thing I do find fascinating is that the whole 'drag mother' and 'house' model that exists on the edge of the TS community has existed there for thousands of years. It's part of the argument I give against those people who believe it's some sort of modern 'perversion.' They ( Hirjas / Tgirls) were documented in the Karma Sutra, which is over 1800 years old, and there's no better proof of it being natural than that, in terms of any historical document on sexuality, on the planet.

Good point, Nowhere. Some people look at transexuals and say that it is a sign that the world is coming to an end. But they have been here forvever it seems. Even Jesus spoke about eunuchs, in a chapter about marriage.

The only thing is that I am curious about your avatar.

Actually, Iran treats transexuals quite well, because it doesn't mention them in the Qu'ran, and therefore they are not against there beliefs.
