Explorer gives you viruses and worms.

Download Firefox and you'll be happier, both short term and long term.


P.S. Don't forget to get Firefox's ADBLOCK.....Best thing since sliced bread.

Thanks for voting and posting,but why are you using the browser you use?Do you think its safer,more comfortable than another browser...?

I use mainly Safari at home. At work, Iuse Safari and Mozilla/Firefox about 60:40. Anyway, I voted Safari

ETA : Why? Because I use a Macintosh. Historically, I had used Netscape Navigator, so I switched to Mozilla. But, being a Mac guy, I moved to Safari after OSX came out.

I prefer the opera browser for many reasons,

1.Uses far less memory then firefox

2.Content Blocker Feature(blocks ads and pop up and unders)

3.Fraud Protection Feature(opera uses its own server to check legit and blacklisted sites.

5.PassKeys=Remembers passwords

6.Widgets

7.Speed Dial=feature that lets you list several of your favorite websites in mini preview windows as your homepage.

8.Speed,it just runs faster then firefox on my computer

Well...that and NoScript. Both of these add ons have made my browsing a LOT better.

Yea no script is cool but ever since i added no script tho i can't see any pictures

When I want to block certain pictures, that's when AdBlock comes in handy for me.

Seriously, I use IE 7, FF 2, and occasionally Safari on the Winders Vista workstation. I run IE 7 and FF 2 on my Winders XP laptop, and IE 6, FF 1.something and NN on my Winders XP workstation. And my old Mac, in need of replacement or very serious upgrade, I usually run IE 5.2 (the last version written for the Mac). As a designer/developer, I have to test cross-platform frequently, so I usually have IE and FF both running.

Someday, we'll actually have standards that vendors adhere too.



And I've got a bridge to sell.....

I use Opera and Firefox.

Opera is more comfortable and safer than FF.But FF has the better add-ons.Who could live without downthemall and downloadhelper?
