Click your profile at the top of the page and fix your time zone. I have mine set to GMT -4 (which is EDT)

Just to clarify... EDT is always 5 hours behind GMT. The only time this changes is in March when Europe puts their clocks forward. The U.S. does so the following week. For this week, there is a 6 hour time difference between EDT and GMT. There is never a 4 hour difference.

Dude, I don't want to make a deal of this but trust me, there is always a 5 hour time difference between The East coast of the US and GMT. I am from the GMT time zone and live in NY. Right now, they are five hours ahead of NYC. GMT has daylight savings too.

There is a difference between GMT and the time that Europe is on. Don't mix the two. The UK is currently on British Summer Time which is GMT+1. If you need to set the forum prefrences for the time zone, you don't base it on what the local time is in the UK, but rather GMT, which currently is -4 for EDT.
