1. Meeting my man's folks, friends and relatives whom weren't told of my sexuality.

2. Having to spend an hour with them over dinner or any occation..i.e. father's birthday, cousins b-day, uncles funeral, friends wedding etc.

3. Playing "mommy" to a bf's kid (I'm just NOT a soccer mom material).

4. Death in the family (even my own).

5. Global/national calamities i.e. fire storm, earthquake, etc.
