I know the gripe with most porn and especially with old school porn, is that there is to much plot and way to much dialogue, get to the sex dammit. But porn today seems to be so stale and pre-packaged. POV movies, one scene to the next with no direction to sex scene after sex scene.

Now while I watch porn for the sex, its nice and especially with TS porn to have a little dialogue and storyline. Transexual porn is a little different than straight porn as its the "hidden" factor that turns most men on. Its the "no way thats not a chick" aspect of the porn that makes this genre so popular. I actually find myself liking the older TS movies where the girls are definetly not as hot and far too often are just a dude in a dress, but there is story and plot and the build up to the sex is great. (ex. "Married with Shemales")

Now a lot of you may disagree and just like nothing but scene after scene of sex, but I think there may still be room in the porn world for an actual plot driven transexual porn movie. Its long past time to bring it back, to actually watch Allanah and Gia in a plot driven porn movie filled with back story and lots of great sex I think would sell loads. I know it probably adds to the production cost and its just easier and quicker to just do sex scenes, but damn I wish someone would make this kind of movie, its long past due.


Also you would think with smoking being a huge fetish out there for a lot of people, just consider Draggonladies.com and Smokingmodels.com are huge sites in the straight world, when will we see a site just devoted to transexuals smoking. This would definetly be a site worth looking into.

I also enjoy the cinematography and plot lines. Too bad Orson Wells never got a chance directing porn.

Character development is another big reason. I love how they take the time to really let the character and audience build a bond together.

I have been making this argument for years. When I feel like watching a porn, I definately want something going on. I even enjoy euro porn where I can't understand what the hell people are saying, but some effort to convey some cohesion to the sex scenes is made.

Joe D'Amato use to make great videos, but he's dead now. I guess, in hind sight, his efforts didn't really pay off that well anyhow, if remaining alive was an objective of his. But at least he tried, dammit.

thats shits funny. I get it. Just was stating that while I sometimes I just like to watch nothing but scene after scene of sex, sometimes a little plot developement isn't such a bad thing and may actually be a good work up to the sex in a TS flick. Its about the "unknown" that makes TS movies extra sexy. So a little more lead in just would add to the build up.

Just one opinion, like to hear what some the ladies on here think about it, and would they rather be in a movie with plot, or just go straight to sex. Would be interesting to find out.

I watched a special about the movie "Deep Throat", which crossed over into the the consciousness of mainstream America. They even showed Bob Hope joking about it. The thing was that the plot though simple gave cohension to sex story. Its comedy gave relief to some people watching it that were uncomfortable with the sex.

I have said it before, I think the right plot driven movie could breakout to a wider audience.

When I first started viewing porn, I was heavily into the plot-driven movies...also known as couples porn. Vivid, VCA, Wicked...that's all I would watch. Then I checked out a Jules Jordan video; that was it. I still occasionally check out a feature, but I'm into the gonzo scene now.

I would still buy a plot-driven T-girl genre movie, preferably shot on film with a high budget. How about "A Night At 7969"? Four different stories that somehow interact with each other? Four friends (one is a GG) go to the club...you fill in the rest. :wink:

If I had a spare $500K lying around, I'd do the movie myself.

I think the hidden aspect, is one factor driving TS porn, but not necessarily the only one.

I had precisely this argument with a photographer recently (and not for the first time) who has told me repeatedly (to paraphrase) "they don't want creativity, they want volume". Maybe he's just lazy, or maybe the prevailing attitude right now in the TS porn industry is keep budgets low and output high, which would make sense because that maximizes profits. Does it pump out the most interesting porn? No. But it doesn't need to.

I would love to get involved in some porn with a plot. Hell, there are many moments from my life over the year that I would like to make dirty movies about, not too mention locations I would like to shoot in, but unless I stumble upon a large sum of cash and start producing the material myself, it probably won't happen.

Of course these are dangerous waters to tread, one can always end up with real stinkers like the Pirates movie (in my opinion, terrible).

I always fast foreward through those parts.
