It's always hot there, in both ways. I must say that it was hotter than normal, they haven't turned the air conditioning yet and with all those people packed onto one floor it got too hot. I think it was hotter than the Carribean. I walked outside for a bit and cooled off, when I walked back in it felt even hotter and really humid with the smell of sweat. At least when they have the AC on you can stand in front of one of the vents and cool off.
