I had walked from my motel -- near La Brea and Sunset -- in a steady rain to Peanuts originally and arrived soaked (I had received a ticket earlier for "expired" tags on my vehicle so I left it at the motel) to say the least. ...I asked a couple of brothers present there if they were you, and I came up dry obviously. I obviously missed asking the right person. What were you wearing? I finally got to meet the lovely Nadia, and the lovely Madison (my avatar) too.

It was a weird evening last night to say the least.

I just got home. I'm dead tired, and now I'm going to take a well deserved nap.

The one in Burbank (Riverside Drive near Hollywood Way for you non-LA residents) is definitely the best...especially if you love classic cars. They'd better not close that one down!

There's another in Glendale on Glenoaks that is a bit larger, but I recall seeing cars being displayed only once. Too bad; that street is perfect for cruizing.

Yes, it is the one on Wilshire -- the one that never has X-Large t-shirts available whenever I inquire about them. I didn't know the other two restaurants existed given that most Bob's Big Boys closed down about 20 years ago. Does anyone know what happened to them? Were they corporate raided or what? There isn't any in San Diego anymore, and I believe there are only a handful left for the entire country. :(

I'm going to have to visit the one in Burbank next time. :)

Not anymore. I drove by there this past Saturday and they were back to charging people to park in the lot. I understand you'd get your money back after you purchased something from the restaurant, but it's the principle of the thing. I don't think I'll be going there Friday night. :cry:
