Hey, how are you feeling? My face and neck feel fine like I can still talk how I used to etc but I am all bruised up. My breast hurt cause I have the stupid special bra on they give you and it hurts like hell. When I didn't have them in there they felt fine, but it compresses everything.

Thanks for the well wishes...and to the guy that say it's gross it was like a day after the surgery before they put on the special bra and I snapped it real fast. Give me about a month or two to heal. I said that they are still green where they marked me and red from the surgery. Right now I have two black eyes and stuffing up my nose I can only breath through my mouth. The trachea shave wasn't awful at all to be honest. I wasn't trying to be "sexy" in the pic I was just showing the results.

There's a great Dr. just down the road from us in San Deigo who's done a number of t-girls, BUT he's $6,900.00 for silicone. That's $15,000 for boobs for us both - for that we can almost both get our SRS in Thialand.

I'd like to find someone one in the $3,000 range for silicone - but I'm not really impressed with what I've seen from the Thia. Drs. (Chetewhaut, Preecha, Suporn, etc)

They've gone from no cup to almost a B and they haven't distorted at all. So, from near B to small D's, I should be ok. Based on two consults with local surgeons, they will look fine. There are no right angles or straight lines in the tattoos either, which is important. And the ink is in there as solid as it gets. Of course, I'll just have to see, but I'm confident. I'm hoping to get somewhere between 650 and 700 cc, but that will be determined when I get there. I'm 5'11" and have a 38" chest, so that should work. I did want 800cc, but was told not get my hopes up.
That's great to hear, Nicole. The size sounds perfect for your body type and height. I have a friend who's 5'11" with 38DDs and they are perfect for her body, while they would look disproportionately large on a smaller woman. She had them done by Dr Grey in SF, as have many other well-known girls, and they are flawless. I wish you all the best, and I think the results will be stunning.

it shouldnt make much difference. i know people who have put on serious weight since getting tats and they dont look out of proportion. as long as your not going for old school pamelas you'll be fine! good luck

Just got the tubes and stuffing out of my nose today. I am still very black and blue and yellow. It's horrible lol but as you can see the brow bone is now round smooth. I tried to snap a pic of my nose when the doctor had the bandages off but I didn't have time. The nose is beautiful!

I get the stitches from around my forhead on Wednesday and in the nose. I will have to wear the nose bandages for 3 more weeks.

I only went 400 ccs and they fit my skin quite well...so far. And they are softening up a lot and I am able to move them a little now so the doctor takes that as a good sign. My breast are also very close together that I like a lot.

I have read thru this entire thread and after looking at the pictures that you posted on June 30 ,I am having a difficult time trying to visualize areas for refinement.
I thought that you looked Awesome in that pic set.
So it must be something "internal" for you as the outstanding "external" features shown before surgery are mmmmm.
Limited vocabulary ,I think that gets my thoughts across.

There's a good surgeon just 10 minutes from our house in San Diego, he's done several local trans girls, his work looks good, and he does silicone, but it's like $6900.00 I mean for another 3G I can go to Thialand and get boobs and SRS. But we don't have a time window for that until at least next summer.
