Help with Fashion.

I know the designer for the leather suit. But I need some help with the shoes and shirt worn with this outfit. I was hoping some of the more fashion conscious members here could be of assistance. I'm not looking for opinions on what would go better, just looking for what type of they are as well as the shirt. I'm fashionably challenged.

I forgot all about this post. But I didn't forget about the picture I had posted. It disappeared from my files and now it's not loading here either. I hope I can find it again. Hell, I'm surprised no one complained it was missing.
