Ok, I've basically come to realize that if you want to get topped by a sexy Tgirl you are going to have to pay. The ones that are gorgous don't want to take on this role. That's fine.

Only thing I'm wondering about is how does the girl stay hard? I mean if she has had 5 calls before me is she going to be able to get it up?

a) Find a girl who doesn't see 5 clients in a day
b) Book the first appointment of the day
c) Read some reviews and find out who has a good rep for always getting it up
d) As HTG said, just because she fucked 5 guys doesn't mean she came 5 times.

Yes, on a couple of occasions which were a waste of time and money. But as I'm versatile and there are infinite ways in which two people can have a great time together, there are always alternatives unless the woman is utterly indifferent.
