Not sure about shemalemov.com, but it depends on the site, format, and format model. I have joined sites where the content on my drive was mine to keep and others where there is an expiration built into the download. I've also been a member of sites that seem to have both formats (After my membership expired I could no longer view downloaded content on my drive as the password no longer worked when the file asked for it).

Yes, yours to keep with no DRM. Great site, but only problem is they don't always have some of the vids advertised.
