Maybe Im addicted to internet porn. Ive been by my computer over 115 hours. I should be working/studying but done nothing. Just mainly on this site and watching porn. My arm wrist and shoulder are in pain! I had to use icepack and hotwater bottle to ease the pain.
This is crazy I cant believe where all the hours went. I promised my self not to touch the computer unless its absolutely necessary no more than 5 minutes if I have to for banking only. But cant seem to go without it.
Anyone else in this situation? How best to deal with it? Cold turkey or avoid paying the internet bill so it gets cut off?
