I regularly watch Univision and Telemundo (Yea, I speak spanish and can trace my family back to the Caribbean, in case anyone wants to know) and it's very rare to see a black person on spanish speaking tv. Hell, you don't see that many "mestizos" (people of Native and European descent.) Most of the lead characters on hispanic tv shows are in fact white (that is Latins of almost pure European descent.)
