I got the "Gender Bender" video dvd and I have a few small complaints.
The girl I got it for Laisa Lins...isn't even in it and she is on the cover!!! does this happen a lot? Does anyone else own it?

Interesting. Not only her image but her name is listed on the cover as talent.

I tried to see if we had it at www.bestcoyotevideo.com as one of our VOD titles (As the titles have screenshots of the various scenes), but it is one we are lacking at the moment.

It's possible you may have gotten a pirated copy and it is lacking a bit of content. Did you get it in a private sale or through a reputable vendor? If the latter, you might want to ask them if they know what's up.
