If any of you girls are silly enough to work with this person, you will not only get scammed and get your computer system hacked into ( he sells computer equipment for a living) but he will get close to you and try to exploit you FYI - the Custom Videos of me he is showing is Private Copywritten Material registered with the copy write office and I will deal with him and those who continue to steal it as soon as I get home. It one thing to keep bothering me Raymond but I will not let you do it to anyone else. Ive contacted all girls youve mentioned and sent them your pictures- harrassing emails and requested info.

How is Paris? I am surprised with your message and very disappointed.
I thought we were past all that but apparently not. You know you were compensated for this video footage and that I never signed a release.
Further more, I am not selling or profiting from the footage.

Now, if you have gone ahead and slandered or libeled me to the Ladies you mentioned then we have an entirely different issue to deal with. Is that what you are after?

I have a strong suspicion you are simply jealous. Considering your overt vanity in your ads and statements I imagine you feel that you are the only one I should work with.

If you actually think for a moment you will realize that the videos I have posted are to your ultimate benefit. Just read the comments accompanying each video. On the third video "The DANCE" , it was actually rejected for the following reason and I quote:

"It seems professionally filmed. I have approved it."

I think any girl working with any photographer/videographer whether professional or if taken for "fun" needs to be aware that they need to sign paperwork with that photographer.
A model release, releases the models images to the photographer. Without this a photographer cannot use the images. She also needs to provide him with ID so he can be 2257 compliant. Anyone selling or even showing content without this 2257 completed form and having the ID can be in big trouble.

Also you need compensating (and this should be noted on the release form even if it's just $1) to make the contract legal and binding.

Be careful allowing people to snap you but generally unless you sign a release and give them a copy of your id, they can't do anything with them.

I refuse to let you put another girl through what you did to me. There was never a release signed to him, however again if anyone needs there was one signed that released all rights and content to me. Meaning, he has no right to use, promote, show, sell, or advertise my content which again is copy written. I dont care about you getting angry and launching threats, you are simply trying to use my name and content as well as my upcoming projects in which you have nothing to do with to try and promote services you are not qualified to offer.
