hey I was wondering if there are ways(techniques, websites, anything) to last longer during sex and stuff if there was a thread like this already i am sorry. but yeah i would like to last longer than the 10 mins that i already last please I would love some help with this!!! Thanks!!!!

There is a Peruvian root called Maca. You can get it at any vitamin store, like GNC, in pill or powder form. It has no side known side effects and has helped me last indefinitely. Actually ,it is very simple to both control ejaculation and
regulate the duration of your erection.
It only requires the same type of dedication as if you were striving to tighten your abdominals ,it will not happen overnight and in our pill popping society that seems to be a major problem.
First, do what you can to control those nasties that clog your arteries.
Second , when urinating try to stop the flow then allow it to begin again
repeat that cycle until you identify the muscle responsible for that act
do not confuse it with your anus.
After you have identified the muscle in question you can do repititions of hold 1,2,3,release then repeat the cycle over and over.
What is nice about this exercise is that you can do it practically anywhere
in practically any circumstances like when riding a bus or sitting in a boring meeting.
Just be patient and think of all the pleasure you will derive and give once you have mastered this simple skill.
And it does not cost a nickle.
