Born with it, as in that transsexuals were given a brain the opposite of their physical gender. But yes, you don't need to be "born with it" in order to become a transsexual...but I would have to ask, why would you want to do it unless you honestly felt like that you were born in the wrong body?

My wife how as been very suportive of me from the start sugest that I should shot for the goal of shemale because that is more likely to happen. I was thinking that the board would be a group of people that would under stand but all I got was judgement.
