Good question. I suppose it would depend on where one lives, their respective commutes, and well, their budgets. If one resides out in the boonies where traffic isn't such an issue, the answer would most likely be cheaper gas. For me -- right now at $4.00 a gallon -- I'd opt for less traffic, particularly in places such as Los Angeles, where needless, wasteful idling really hits one hard on the mpg front.
